Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Becel® Buttery Taste margarine*
  • 1 package Knorr® Sidekicks® Three Cheese Pasta Side Dish
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups shredded spinach
  • *Becel Canada in Quebec

Directions

  • Bring water, milk and margarine to the boiling point in medium saucepan. Stir in Knorr® Sidekicks® and sun-dried tomatoes. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes. Add shrimp and continue boiling until shrimp turn pink and pasta is tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in Spinach to wilt and serve.
