Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 can (425 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 package (300 g.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 cup dried lentils
  • 2 Tbsp. Knorr® Bovril® Liquid Chicken Bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

  • Combine Knorr® Bovril® Liquid Chicken Bouillon and all other ingredients in slow cooker. Cook covered on HIGH 6 hours or LOW 10 hours. Serve, if desired, with sour cream, yogurt and/or chopped fresh cilantro.
  • Pair this stew with Indian-inspired sides such as brown basmati rice.
