Rated 4 out of 5 by from I always have Knorr Beef Boullion Cubes in my kitchen. It's so handy, I add it to soups, stews, sauces, and so many dishes. I don't follow the suggestion on the box, I add one cube to about twice the amount of liquid because it's so salty. That way, I can up the flavour of my dishes a bit, but still not add too much sodium. I also don't add salt unless I taste my food and it's bland. One of my main uses is for my hotpot soup at home, I get some instant stock with a mild beef flavour, but still let the hotpot ingredients shine. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like to keep a box or two of Knorr Beef Boullion Cubes within arm's reach in my kitchen because they're so handy to have. I use the cubes to enhance the flavour of my dishes (e.g., sauces, stews, meat pies, gravies, and soups), or to make a soothing hot broth on cold fall/winter days...yum! Best of all, the cubes are easy to use. I like the fact that they quickly dissolve in boiling water and you can adjust the strength of their flavour simply by altering the volume of boiling water they're dissolved in. Rated 3 out of 5 by from I do not buy or use these on a regular basis since I prefer fresh home made broth. I just think these are not healthy for you. However, there are days when I do not have home made beef broth on hand and want a soup base that is more than just water, salt, and vegetables. On those days where I need fresh a beef broth substitute, I would throw one in to add some additional flavor. It's definitely not something I have to have in the kitchen but given the shelf life of these, it doesn't hurt to have them. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The secret ingredient to all of my stews! I boil up the water, toss in a cube, whisk it up then add all the stew ingredients. It makes everything taste just so perfectly juicy and you really only need one cube for a big stock pot stew. The price is affordable even when not on sale - especially when you factor in that if you go with two whole cubes for each stew - one box will last you for at least three big meals. Much better than using the liquid broth in those tetra packs. I used to cook with those til I realized the Knorr Cubes got me more for my money and tastes much better than the watered down stuff.<br /> This is a main staple in my place and I will for sure keep buying it, and recommend it to everyone that has working taste buds!
