Where can I purchase Knorr® products?
The majority of our Knorr® products are available nationally. If you can not locate a specific product at your local store, we encourage you to speak to the store manager to see if the product can be ordered.
How do I read the date code on your products?
All of our products are clearly labeled with a "best if used by" date or manufacturing date. These codes can be found on the top of the package, bottom, or along the side of the package.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of our products can range anywhere from 12 to 24 months. We recommend you refer to the "best if used by" date on the product.
Do your products contain gluten?
Wheat/Gluten is considered a common allergen. For this reason, it will always be included on the ingredients list for any Unilever Canada product. If wheat/gluten is not listed amongst the ingredients, then it is not present in the product. Formulations subject to change without notice. For this reason, we suggest always checking ingredient list.
Do you have any promotions?
Promotional offers can be found in the news and promotions section of our website.
Does your product contain any nuts/tree nuts?
The top allergens declared by Health Canada are: Crustaceans, Milk, Shell Fish, Tree Nuts, Eggs, Peanuts, Soy, Wheat, Fish, Sesame, Sulphites. Please check the ingredient label on the product to see if any of these allergens are present.
Do you have any coupons you can send me?
We appreciate your interest in our Knorr products. We do not have a promotional program where we distribute free coupons for our well-established products. We suggest that you check local newspapers and magazines, for they frequently carry cents-off coupons for many of our products.
